1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at hello@licenseland.it.com with:
– The email address used during purchase
– Your purchase date (or approximate date)
We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund:
– Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date
– Your purchase must have been made directly through licenseland.it.com
– The request must not be fraudulent or abusive in nature
Keysera LLC reserves the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchasing and refunding of the same product.
4. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A REFUND
Upon processing a refund, your access token will be revoked and you will no longer be able to use the LicenseLand research tool. Any research results previously generated remain yours to keep.
5. REQUESTS AFTER 30 DAYS
If you experience a technical issue or have a genuine concern after the 30-day guarantee window has passed, please contact us. While refunds outside this period are at our sole discretion, we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.
