LEGAL ENTITY
LicenseLand is owned and operated by Keysera LLC. All data collection and processing described in this policy is conducted by Keysera LLC.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Purchase data
When you complete a purchase, Stripe shares your email address and payment confirmation with us. We never store, access, or process your card details — all payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
Usage data
We log keywords you search within the tool and associated timestamps. This data is used to monitor for abuse, improve the quality of the Service, and maintain operational security.
Access tokens
A unique access token linked to your email address and purchase record is generated at the time of purchase. This token is stored server-side and in your browser’s local storage to verify your continued access to the Service.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
– Verify your purchase and grant access to the Service
– Operate and deliver the AI-powered research tool
– Monitor for and prevent abuse or unauthorised access
– Improve the accuracy and quality of the Service over time
– Comply with applicable legal obligations
3. DATA SHARING
Keysera LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share data only with the following trusted service providers, strictly for the purposes of operating the Service:
– Stripe — payment processing. Your purchase and email data is shared with Stripe to verify transactions. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their use of your data.
– Anthropic — AI processing. Your search keywords are transmitted to Anthropic’s API to generate research results. Anthropic’s privacy policy governs their use of this data.
No other data sharing takes place.
4. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies of any kind. We store your access token in your browser’s local storage solely to maintain your authenticated session within the Service.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your email address and purchase record for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Usage logs (keywords and timestamps) are retained for a maximum of 12 months.
6. DATA SECURITY
Keysera LLC implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
– Request access to the personal data we hold about you
– Request correction of inaccurate personal data
– Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
– Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
